BuddyPress conflict?

    When attempting to create a new group I get the following error:

    Warning: Missing argument 2 for bp_groups_clear_group_creator_cache() in /home/mysite/public_html/mynews/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-groups/bp-groups-cache.php on line 74

    BuddyPress conflict? I notice that BuddyPress also puts a dashboard menu called ‘Groups’.

    It’s a conflict: both BuddyPress and Groups hook on the ‘groups_created_group’ action, but when the action is triggered, BuddyPress and Groups are each within their own independent context.

    did you fixed this problem? Because I have no problems creating a new group although we have BuddyPress installed! Am I just lucky? Everything seems to work fine here! ??

    Hi rain3r,

    I’m not aware of any changes ?? I think we can assume it’s still conflicting although it won’t manifest as any problem unless something depends on BP’s action hooks that are involved when working with groups.
