Buddypress Compatible?

Ive heard different opinions about using caching with buddypress. Does anyone know if using this plugin with my buddypress site (activity feeds, groups, Q/A forums etc) will cause problems? I installed it and it did speed up my site, but i dont want my users to experience any errors I didnt think of.
