    Unfortunately, it doesn’t! The plugin removes the files added as child attachments for posts, pages and custom post types.

    I presume you are using BuddyPress Activity Plus to attach media files to the activity stream. I’ll have to check their code and see if I can find a way to remove those files as well.

    I’m not really sure how I could help you with the BodyBoss Media plugin. I see it is a premium one and without access to its code all I can do is speculate.

    Why don’t you do a simple test? Install Autoremove Attachments and see if the media files are removed when you delete a post from activity.

    If BodyBoss Media attaches the files using a parent-child relationship, then the plugin should work without problems.

    If it doesn’t and you don’t mind switching to another plugin, the rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress plugin does what you want. I just did a test with it and it works like a charm.
