Buddypress activation error

Hello,
We’ve recently installed W3TC and Nginx.
A new user has indicated that they have tried to confirm a new BuddyPress registration by clicking their link – https://www.geekandjock.com/community-activation/?key=7c437b453f28903fd4a180e7a0b83671 But it throws them an error that they need to confirm.Is there a rule or config that I’ve missed here that dismisses the key parameter?
Would really like so help on this one.
