    Hi everyone,

I have installed BuddyPress and BuddyMeet in my WordPress site and when I try to configure a group, in the settings of the BuddyMeet tab, I get automatically generated the parameters for the domain and the room and the checkbox activate, in order to allow members of the group to join the same room, checked. However, when I complete the configuration, the checkbox is not anymore checked and the invited people in the group cannot access the page, with error message 404 page not found. Could you possibly help me to resolve this issue? Should I change something in the room ID or in the domain? Or maybe another configuration is needed beforehand?

    Thank you in advance.

  • Hi,

there was an issue in the plugin activation. Please install version 1.4.0 and re-activate the plugin.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

thank you very much for your quick reply. The plugin was indeed in an older version, so I installed 1.4.0 and re-activated it, but the issue described above still persists. BuddyPress is also in its latest version, do you have any other ideas on what may be causing this issue?

the link of the website, where you can review the issue is the following:

    Hi,

it seems that you do not have setup the page correlation for buddypress groups. To do so, in the administration area go to Settings->BuddyPress->Pages.

Please let me know if that helped!
