    Hi!

    Your BuddyBoss integration is really great, but I think I detected a problem with the user profile update. I had written to you privately via your website, but since I didn’t get an acknowledgement, maybe the message didn’t get through?

    Basically, the “A user updates their profile” trigger seems to be triggered only once per user. Is this normal?

    Hi @portailpsc, I’m so sorry about the delay, we originally missed this message.

    We’re always on top of tickets via our website though. I can’t seem to reconcile this issue with a ticket, do you know if you received an autoresponder from us confirming receipt? One would always get sent, so if you didn’t it’s a bad sign. There’s nothing in our spam folder though.

    For this issue, the most common reason for it is having the recipe setting on the right side of the edit page, near the top, set to only run once per user. That is the default setting and is sometimes missed. Is there any chance that would explain what you’re seeing? After that, it would be great to confirm which Automator version(s) you’re using.

    I’m ashamed to have opened a ticket for this… I really hadn’t noticed this option! Thank you very much for that!

    Concerning the message sent from your website, I didn’t receive a confirmation email, which I found curious. I’ll rewrite you through this page, to test it.

    You’re not alone on missing that option, we really need to make it more obvious. In fact, we just had an internal discussion about maybe changing the default to “Unlimited” instead of 1. We’re also considering some larger UI changes to help in 3.0.

    Thanks for alerting us about the email too, we do get a lot of messages but we’ll see if anything might have blocked yours.
