    Hi,

    Over the past week or so, I’ve had an issue with BuddyBoss where it will show that members have notifications, but when members go to check, there are no unread messages. There is a BuddyBoss tool to fix this, but it does not work until I flush Redis cache. It is not feasible to flush it several times per day.

    I have been using the same server and plugin configuration for at least 8 months and have not encountered this issue until very recently. Is it possible that there’s something in a recent update affecting this?

    Since BuddyBoss is a paid plugin, their support team must assist you with any issues.

    They are very familiar with using Redis Object Cache and Object Cache Pro and can help you out.

    Thanks Till. They actually suggested that I contact you. lol. So I assume there are no reported conflicts between your recent update and BuddyBoss.

    This plugin only provides an API for BuddyBoss to talk with Redis. Any actual caching happens within BuddyBoss.
