Thank you @amauric i wish that i had asked you days before,

let me ask you something else please for the menu.
When in wp dashboard you create menu items for example my profile,
how can i add sub menu with parent ?
For example my profile> change cover
Is it possible because i dont see any options for sub menu.

You can get submenu:

1- Add on the menu the element “Start a group”
2- Add under the pages you want as submenu
3- Add the element “End a group” to close the submenu

All the element between start and end will be submenu items.
