Both ACF and WPUF have similar features and functionality. So this is normal that one of them will conflict.
How can you accuse a plugin without understanding the problem. Any normal customer reads the policy and the terms of service before buying anything. You should have read that, “We do not provide support for 3rd party plugin”. You could have asked us through our contact form about the compatibilty. We also have a forum for pre-purchase questions.
Despite of our rules, one of our support person agreed to help you. But could not you waited a bit?
