Buckeyes For A Cure

    Purpose of the site:
    We have started a program to support the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer. It will produce the world’s largest buckeye necklace while, more importantly, raising awareness and funding towards breast cancer research.

    The program will sell individual buckeyes through the BuckeyesForACure.com site for $2.50 each. The buckeyes were hand-picked by volunteers and each buckeye will get sequentially numbered then strung to the necklace each time one is sold. Those who purchase a buckeye will be able to view a picture of their numbered buckeye on the site.

    The goal is to construct a necklace consisting of 100,000 buckeyes, which will span a mile and a half long end-to-end! Once the program has concluded, the necklace will be accessible for public viewing in an 8-foot Block-O display.

    Each participant will not only have helped in building the world’s largest buckeye necklace, but more importantly they will have participated in a cause that needs all of our help.

    As I read over my post, I thought it sounded a little to much like an advertisement… I did not mean for it to come across like that, I just wanted to make sure you knew the purpose of the site prior to viewing it so you would know why we chose some of the things that we did (like color scheme, etc). Again, thanks in advance for your comments!

    The site looks good but the “ads by google” need to be placed a bit to left as it is overlapping with the border of the website.

    Trixoo, Thanks for checking it out. I will look into moving the “ads by google” over a little. Anything else that you would suggest?

    I think the there needs to be a bit of spacing needed in the right side bar. It looks a bit congested.

    I would also like to suggest if you can see any other option for the red footer at the bottom like change in color, etc.
