Many thanks for this tip. It works really well.
We tried two different ways to integrate the code snippet and both work well:
– GeneratePress -> Element -> Hook -> WP Footer
– Real Cookie Banner -> New Service -> no cookie set but execute script on privacy accept
Changing the “minimized-style” attribute to “bubbleleft” in the code snippet without ‘real time updates’ worked well.
We did notice that we needed to add the script at the bottom of the HTML code from 3CX to the code snippet with “real time updates” for it to work.
It surprised us that adding the “minimized-style” attribute with “bubbleleft” to the code snippet with ‘read time updates’ doesn’t work.
