    thanks for reaching out!

    That doesn’t look related to Filr (maybe a theme issue?).

    However, I try to help with the information I have from you.
    Take a look at Filr -> Settings -> General -> Status – maybe there is something missing on the server?

    At least it sounds like some missing extensions on your server that prevent downloading the files.
