BTC transactions processing

    Good evening! All day today BTC transactions are not being recognized after many confirmations and is not flipping to processing. Is there anything I need to do on my end that can resolve this?

    A few of our UTXO chain (LTC, BTC) nodes unsynced sporadically a couple times last week. This was primarily due to a loss of peers, which caused delays in payment detection. That temporarily caused the orders not to be marked as paid, even though payments were still being received fine. It has since been resolved and payments are being processed in real time again. We are closely monitoring the UTXO chain nodes to prevent any further issues, and apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
