BSK pdf manager pro won’t render shortcode

  • Hello,
    I’ve posted this request to the contact form on bannersky.com with no reply.
    I have a valid license that says Expires on: 2023-02-19 23:59:59 and is active.

    BSK pdf manager pro will not display anything using short codes like:
    [bsk-pdf-manager-list-category id=”1″ showpdftitle=”yes” featuredimage=”yes” featuredimagesize=”thumbnail” orderby=”custom” target=”_blank”]

    It just acts like the plugin is not installed or active. It is installed and is active.

    It used to work before transferring live copy to beta with all-in-one-migration and then back to live.

    Not sure where to start to make this work.

    The short code changed. Check that your codes use [bsk-pdfm-pdfs or in my case I used [bsk-pdfm-category-ul

    Thank you so much! But where do I get the correct shortcodes? I’m using the ones from this page https://bannersky.com/document/bsk-pdf-manager/display-pdfs-documents-by-category/display-pdfs-by-category-in-list/ and I think that’s what you are saying works. It’s not working for me, especially when I’m identifying categories. Thanks-

    You edit the location the code is used. For example. If you have a page or post with a short code in it and edit the code there.

    Right. (sorry I do wish banner sky would assist). I’m editing the post, of course, but I’m saying the shortcode (the new shortcodes) don’t appear to work). ?[bsk-pdfm-pdfs or in my case I used [bsk-pdfm-category-ul don’t appear to work – I’ll keep trying, but I’m sure there’s a simple answer.     Oh, okay. I never received a reply from Banner sky. I’d never buy this product again. Their support is doe not respond even for paid products.

    What version of WP, What version of BSK pdf manager pro, what version of PHP are you running?

    I agree at this point. Worked fine for a long time, but now that it doesn’t work, it’s a nightmare. Running the latest download (3.4.1) of bsk pdf and the latest version of php. When I updated with the latest bsk pdf version is when the shortcodes stopped working. It appears that no shortcodes work as far as selecting categories. I am stumped. Probably have to find a different tool b/c we have a ton of docs.

    Did this company disappear? I really like the looks of it but will have to skip if they have no support.
