brute force protection Confirmation in Settings

It would be very helpful to know that I have already submitted the site to: brute force protection
Yes I get the API Key emails, yet I would find it extremely helpful if once I do this for the site in the Security brute force protection setting it already notifies that it has been done.
Even after I submit, and unselect recieve emails,
once I “Save all changes”, then it ask to enter the email and show the email box checked again.When I go back to the sites now I have to go back to my huge email list
and go through all to see if I already submitted this site, –unnnghhhhhh
