Brute force conditions

    I have read your post regarding the performance compared with other plugins, it’s really great achievement and my congratulations. It’s the reason I would like to keep NinjaFirewall brute force protection rather than using some other plugin.

    Still, I miss one feature from the ‘Limit login attempts’ plugin, and that is to set different banning interval (i.e. to raise it) if the same IP is locked several times.

    Can we expect this feature to be implemented?

    Hi,

    I think we will implement a banning option. I don’t know yet how it will be done. This would probably apply to any offending IP (hacking attempts etc).
    But note that banning IPs will not work when the brute force attack comes from hundreds/thousands of different IPs.
