    Hi,
    No the consent is only when user press Accept button, except if if you manage Cookies options in the plugin configuration panel. I will think about this option that can be usefull.

    Hello,
    It insert content, you specify (body, .header…), to the beginning of each element in the set of matched element. ie : If you type body and check yes, it will insert the bar just after the body tag. If you want the bar to be display after your header, find its id or class (#main-header) and set to true for bar HTML to be placed at base of website. Ajust the z-index value if needed.
