Browsing inside multiple categories

Let’s think in a blog about animals
I will create categories for dogs, cats and horses . And other categories for colors: black , white and brown.

I will create a menú for animals categories and other menú for color categories.

If the visitor selects Cats, he will gets all the posts about cats.
But if now he selects White, he will gets all posts about white animals, not only cats ??

I would like to know if there is any plugin or any configuration to make possible to get white cats, or black dogs for example.

In the real project, i will have a lot of much more categories and combinations. This is not posible to create “black cats”, “white cats”, “brown cats”, “black dogs”, “white dogs” etc, etc . It must be single categories.
