Hello. I just changed my domain name from monkeyburn.org to miimagehost.org
However, the browser tab, as well as the home tab on my dashboard still shows the old monkeyburn name, instead of the new miimagehost

I contacted bluehost. They solved the problem with the URL, which I won’t get into now, because that is resolved, but they said that I would have to fix the tab issue through my dashboard.

I am an old man (not from the computer age). So if anyone out there knows how to solve this problem, or can direct me to a link/tutorial on how to solve it. I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

P.S. I don’t know if this is important or not, but I have a custom WP theme. Here is the link to my site:

• While in the admin area of your site, visit Settings > General. The Site Title option should control what is shown in browser tabs.

Wow! You are a life saver. Everyone I communicated with on this subject, before I was forced to post; either pointed me in the wrong direction, or provided me with complicated explanation.

I did as you instructed. Went to Settings, then General, on the menu; and typed my new name in the space marked “site title”. Then saved changes.

Thank you very much, UaMV. I am learning ?? – Ahanu

Nice. Happy to help!
