Browser shot refresh

    Question. I get the generating preview with a spinner, but the screenshot doesnt show until I refresh the page. Is this a normal operation?

    Hi there – this is normal. There’s no way to know when the image has been generated so we show the spinner.

    However, when the image is selected there’s a small refresh icon on the toolbar that you can use to reload the image. Wait a few seconds then try it and it will hopefully load properly. Note that this doesn’t refresh the image itself, it just loads it again from the image generator server.
