Browser seems to be spambot …

  • Hello

    I have a contact form Easy Contact Pro. When i send over a desktop with google chrome then all work fine.

    If i send the same over my iphone mobile with safari or google chrome then i get this error and nothing go thrue..

    The error message is:

    Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot. Anti-Spam by Cleantalk

    What can i do to fix this issue ?

    Hello.
    Please, set the ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ option to On, clear the website cache, and test the web form again.
    Let us know the results.

    i try but it’s the same.

    When i tun off the

    Kontaktformulare /Contact Form 7, Formidable Forms, JetPack, Fast Secure Contact Form, WordPress Landing Pages, Gravity Forms
    and
    Individuelle Kontaktformulare / Anti-Spam-Test für beliebige WordPress-Themes und Kontaktformulare.

    The it’s work but then no spam check!!

    What can i do ?

    Hello,

    Could you also set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Store data in the website database (alternative?mechanism)’ here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings
