Browser rendering bug

Browser Chrome and some other browsers incorrectly render the image file. The format of the image is not important, progressive and base format are not rendered. But IE render images correctly.
For example: https://trioma.walnut.website/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/a4dbb89s-1920-768×565.jpg
Maybe is the problem in the EXIF information?
