Browser limitations?

    Greetings! We love this plugin and our PDFs look fabulous. We received one email from a viewer that the PDF will not load for them with errors. I wanted to find out if there are any known browser limitations documented somewhere? When I test on all of my browsers I have no issues. Many thanks!
