Browser Jumps after Navigation on iPhone

  • I have set-up this test site to solve an issue we have with our web-page:
    test.kinderloft.ch

    When navigating to this page: https://test.kinderloft.ch/angebote-test/#platz3 it works well with all browsers on a PC – but when navigating on my iPhone, the browser (Safari or Chrome) first go to the anchor on the page and then continues and jumps to another place on the page.

    I just cannot figure our why this behaviour take place…
    WordPress is up-to-date. I use KidsCare theme V1.0 (ThemeRex) but have also used KidsCare V1.4 and V1.9 from axiomthemes. It makes no difference…

    I obviously appreciate any help regarding above topic.

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://themerex.net/support/

    Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
