Browser issue – only with Crome

I thought I was finally getting somewhere with my site https://69.195.124.169/~ecoactor/, but now I find that although it was looking fine in Firefox and Safari, the Header and Nav are broken when viewing in Chrome. (I am a new WordPress user).

One of the clues may be that there is a class “assistive-text” that has seem to create copy that reads “Skip to Content” with a link to #content.

This Skip to Content” text only appears in Chrome. Any suggestions? Thanks!
