Browser issue & Footer help

I’m Working on a wordpress theme right now and have been testing and viewing Firefox.. turns out doesn’t look the same in safari not sure how to update the css to get the site to look the same cross browsers.

and im trying to get the footer to go to the bottom of the page not float behind everything static.
