Browser correct user login blocks IP

Hello

When accessing WP-Admin from Chrome, the browser remembers the user and password and enters it automatically. When click on Login, iThemes blocks and marks the IP as an attacker saying that I’ve tried to enter erroneously several times. After that I unblock the IP, but over time when IP changes this happens again. The access data is correct. What may be happening?
