Browser Compatibility Issue (GLT Menu Mode)

  • We have been successful in setting up GLT in Menu mode (website menu, not GLT menu). Issues:

    (1) Desktop: GLT only works with MS Edge. Does not work with Chrome, Firefox, Opera, nor Safari (404 error).

    (2) Mobile or Tablet: GLT does not work with any browser (404 error).

    We’re using the latest version of these browsers, including Flash. Quite funny that in Desktop mode it works with MS Edge, but not any other browser.

    Anybody out there having the same experience? What has been you solution?

    Hoping Plugin author will address this ASAP, and add a “browser compatibility” statement to the Plugin description. Author has been contacted many times to no avail.
