• Compare popup works fine on Firefox browser, but shows up completely blank white on Chrome, and then shows up blank but with error message “No products added to table” on Edge/IE

    is this product not compatible for all browsers?

    Ive cleared cache on the browser level, and also in my web host (WP Engine Hosting) and in WP Admin Portal of my website builder….doing all 3 did nothing to resolve the issue

    Ive reached out to Yith Live chat, and they have instructed me to use this forum for support….

    which gets no support ??

    Disabled the Yith plugin and moved on

    Hi there,
    I had the same issue and been directed here first. Luckily managed to figure it out with the Live Chat support.
    So, the issue is that the cookie for guest customer is not set.
    This is caused by host settings or cache settings, you need to check it or ask your host to exclude the cookie yith_woocompare_list from the cache system.
    If you’re on Wpengine just contact the live chat and they’ll do it for you.
