I use a UM form to let a user select which downloads they would like avaible to them. After they make their selection, the download options then display. But, often I find users can’t see the download options, due to broswer caching. Force reloading the page (ctrl+shift+F5) solves this, but I have to tell users to do this regularly..

Is there any way around this browser caching issue? This must be pretty common.

    Hi @dwright21

Does your site have any caching plugin or server cache module? If so, please try excluding the UM pages from the cache and see if the issue goes away.

Hi, thanks for your prompt reply.

I have no caching plugins turned on.

Our server uses Litespeed caching, but this is turned off for these pages. I can see that Litespeed is not caching the pages as there’s no litespeed caching line in the HTTP header. The only info relating to caching in the http header is:

    “Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0”

    Hi @dwright21

Please try disabling the UM built-in cache in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Misc > “Disable Cache User Profile”.

    Hi @champsupertramp,

Are you able to provide a video clip so we can see the issue clearly?
