Browser Cache

Hi,
We have enabled Browser cache, but for some reasons I have to disable it when I tried disabling it the page get saved but when I revisit WP Fastet Cache from wp-admin its still shows browser cache as enabled.
Can you please fix?
Also do you have any planning for adding db cache options?
