Your web server is filtering that information in some way. You may want to try to switch to Javascript Mode.

    Very strange. What’s the URL?

    https://shop.pronatur24.eu
    https://optik-sport-shop.at

I tried to fix this with deactivation of some of my plugins like akismet, quick cache, anti-spam stuff, but no effect. I deleted the server cache too – no effect.

And what’s the browser being recorded? It might be an issue with one of the tables used by SlimStat. Could you check your mysql error log?

Where in phpmyadmin can I check the error log?

It’s every time Waterfox 26 on Windows NT.
In my second shop it’s every time Blackberry with rim tablet os on Mobile Device.

Yes, it looks like an issue with your table structure. There was a bug a while ago that affected a few sites based on the version of MySQL they were running, yours might be one of them.

    Hello camu,

I am having the same issue.

On SlimStat’s “Visitors” page, two of the widgets I have chosen to show are “Top Operating Systems” and “Top Browser Families”.

For “Top Operating Systems”, it is 100% Windows XP, with OS Code winxp.

For “Top Browser Families”, it is 100% Firefox.

This is a really amazing plugin, so I hope this is just a small bug.

Please check your mysql error log. Also, please make sure your table structure is up to date.

Unfortunately I do not know how to do that.

Look for phpmyadmin in your cPanel, and for the mysql logs too.

    Hello camu,
Can you please describe what steps we need to take to fix this bug?

I am relatively unfamiliar with MySQL and so do not know where I should be looking in cPanel for the problem, or what the problem would look like, or what to do once I have found it.

This is what I tried to do so far
I have gone into cPanel –> MySQL Databases –> Check DB
    This was the result:
    [my_database_name.wp_slim_browsers] status: OK
    [my_database_name.wp_slim_content_info] status: OK
    [my_database_name.wp_slim_outbound] status: OK
    [my_database_name.wp_slim_screenres] status: OK
    [my_database_name.wp_slim_stats] status: OK

I don’t know what else to do.
Thank you for your help and this great plugin.

Tables are probably okay, but you need to ask your provider how to access the ERROR LOG. That will tell you what happens when Slimstat tries to record a new pageview.

    Which error log specifically?
