browscap issues

    When Browscap is enabled, all public pages are displaying with an error message at the bottom of the page:

    Warning: file_get_contents(https://browscap.org/version): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable in /home/cgme8727/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-statistics/includes/vendor/garetjax/phpbrowscap/src/phpbrowscap/Browscap.php on line 961

    I have temporarily disabled Browscap to remove the error message.

    I am using v. 12.2.1 of WP Stats.
