    Long story, but bear with me.

    At this point, the feed importer is not working.

    I was at version 2.2.0 when the problem started, Then upgraded to see if the upgrade was the fix. When I put my settings in again, and clicked save and import it stated on an otherwise blank page:

    Warning: file_get_contents(https://176.58.108.28/fetch.php?key=Newlife1&url=https://dummyurl.com): failed to open stream: Connection timed out in /home/jockjour/public_html/wp-content/plugins/rss-post-importer/app/class-rss-post-importer.php on line 237

    So, at first I thought perhaps that Feedsapi.com had some kind of feature to turn me off, and I looked, and I have paid them, so that wasn’t the problem… Then I wondered if exceeded an amount of imports. And almost 24 hours ago sent Charley an email. He didn’t respond, but he has a tendency to sometimes not respond for as many as 10 days to emails. So, I figured since this is OTHERWISE A GREAT program I would simply upgrade from hobbiest, to standard. BUT, still no reply aside from that I suspect are automated emails when I created a second account. When I reply to those emails, again no response. I am frustrated at this point because the product isn’t working and support is nonexistant.

    Hey Nash, ( @isf_crew ),

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience and the frustrating experience, we’re at fault and are working hard to figure out what the issue is for some of our users, our support channel is a bit overload at the moment and we’re working on growing the team, thanks for your patience. Let’s say Charley has been extremely busy in the last couple of months and couldn’t really respond to emails in the last couple of weeks, so sorry for the delay of our follow ups, like I said, we’re working on a solution. We’re still far from our goals and from where we want to take this project, we give our best for you guys and sometime we make a bunch of mistakes, sometime offline life kicks in between with new parameters and we keep learning from those mistakes. Thanks again for your patience, rest assured that we are working to sort out any issue and exponentially improve our support channels and speed. Thank you

    Best,

    @nash,
    @isf_crew,

    *Just to clarify, this specific error was due to our backend server being overloaded, we’re already working on a solution for the longrun*

    Like I said, we make mistakes, and we’re working on fixing them.

    Thanks,
    The Nerd

    If you need some good server you can rent one of mine ??

    Sounds interesting ?? Linode isn’t that bad at all, we just need to tweak a couple of things here and there for the moment and take it from there, if it doesn’t work out for some reasons, I shall get back to your prop, ?? . Thanks
