Broken with No Support

  • This product was working great but then it stopped. I tried to contact support through the forums but nobody has responded in weeks. I believe this product to be dead. They should have had a better way to contact support.

    This is free open source software for free users. It’s not a product in any sense and you’re not a customer. I’m sorry you didn’t get the support you sought from the authors but for free open source software on this site, the support forums are it.

    @atbeaty if you have a problem we are glad to help you, but IMHO you must understand that I cannot attend to your needs before mine. I’m just a developer who spends his free time trying to contribute to the community (and not only here at WordPress). If you think that the plugin deserves one star, go ahead, but it does not seem fair to advoke it to my lack of commitment when it is something that I don’t sell or gain anything, and we didn’t have any agreement.
