Broken wave replacement

  • Hi,
    I am going to reference an old thread from when I was replacing the wave on an earlier site.

    This site was fine until today when I replaced the image in the text widget with another based on the same file. It should have been a simple swap, part of the graphic needed updating. In place of the wave there should be an image that looks like the deckle edge on handmade paper. Instead, after replacing the banner, the deckle edge has been replaced by two grey stripes above and below the image.

    I am calling for help now because my internet access is limited and I am concerned my access time will run out before I can track this down. Why did the image swap break this? And how can I fix it?

    Hello catwingz,

    Please follow the steps as follows;
    1. Go to Dashboard>>Customize>>Background Image
    2. Select Remove under background Image options
    3. Go to Page Background Color and set it to #ffffff;or as per your choice
    4. Save and Publish
