Broken total site(css,js missing)

Hi,

First of all Thanks for this awesome plugin!!

This plugin working good for some of our site’s, But in one site i implemented this plugin for that site i am getting errors. Before,plugin worked good in all sites but now it is not working in one site. Except for that one site in all sites plugin is working good.
Below are some errors which we are facing from this plugin.

1) CSS files missing.
2) JS files missing.
3) Over all Broken total site.

How to Fix?
Why it happend?
