Broken Thumbnails?

Hi,

Please try to Recreate Thumbnails (go to your Gallary, click on Select All > Bulk Actions > Recreate Thumnails > Apply). Check the following record.

Also, as you have noticed, there are two Lightboxes are being opened when clicking on a Thumbnail. The first Lightbox is probably your Theme’s Lightbox. Could you please turn it off from the settings of your Theme?

I will fix the lightbox issue but I’m still having trouble with the thumbnails.
I tried recreating them but still doesn’t display it, it seems that the thumbnails are not being created for some strange reason as when I go to Image Location it takes me to a 404 page.

Have you changed some permissions on your Server?

Please, could you check the permissions in /wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery and in your subfolders?

The folders should have 777 permission.

I changed the permissions for /wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery and the sub folders (imported_from_media_libray & thumb) to 777 but still having the same issue when I try re-create the thumbnail.

I also changed the permission of /wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery/imported_from_media_libray/thumb to 777 as well.

Any other ideas by any chance?

It’s strange that 1 photo works fine but the other 2 don’t…

It seems that it’s an issue with size.
I decreased the original image size from 366 x 768 px to 366 x 206 px and the thumbnail appeared.
Is this a bug or do images need to be under a specific size?

Please, recreate a separate image, afterwards, open Developer tools of your browser on the page with this issue and look for Javascript errors on Console tab.

If possible, please send us a screenshot or a copy of the errors you see.

Sorry I’m a little confused of what errors I’m suppose to be sending though.

One is the original large image, the one next to it which is working is the smaller version.
