Broken Tax Exempt ID in Order Review

    Checkout process is fine, but when I review the Order in the admin panel, I see this error above the field for Tax Exempt ID. Tax Exempt ID is also blank even though it was inputted during checkout:

    Divi Theme v1.9
    Woocommerce v2.1.8
    Woocommerce Super Simple Tax Exemption v1.1
