Broken Submission Form URGENT

    Subscribe form gives 404 on submission. Have not found any other useful answers online. How can I fix?

    Hi there,

    We are really sorry for the delayed response from our side.

    We have tested the issue on our end but it is working as expected.

    It looks like a plugin/theme conflict that is causing the issue. Will it be possible for you to deactivate active theme and plugins temporarily and test the feature with the default theme like ‘Twenty Twenty’ and ‘Email Subscribers’ plugin only?

    If it works then the conflict is with active plugins/theme. To find the conflicting plugin, you can reactivate them one by one and check which one is causing the issue.

    Turns out it’s the theme – thanks. I’ll have to stop using Icegram and set up something else, then. I am using the Acabado theme, hopefully Email Subscribers plugin will work with it in the future.
