broken sponsor image link and link to ticketing

    Trying out this new plugin to help us with community events. Love the option to include sponsor info and link to ticketing. BUT…the sponsor “upload new image” button is not working for me. Also, I am not getting the button links that your site showed to the ticketing page.

    Any ideas on what I may be missing? For ticketing, I have edited the event and chosen the correct ticket for the event, but there is no link to tickets when I go to event page after updating.

    Hi there,

    What happens when you try the upload new image link? Do you get any errors in your browser or your console?

    The button that you see on the event pages on my meetup group’s website are just custom links that I added to the end of the event content (the styling of the button is part of the theme that we’re using). Currently that’s the only way to link to the ticket purchase page – just manually add a link to the event content.

    Sorry for the delay in response on my end. When I click on Upload New Image, nothing happens. I do see the button, but it is not linked to anything. There are no errors…just click and nothing happens.

    Thanks for info about button in event description. I thought that might be the thing…

    Let me know if you have any thoughts on how to resolve the sponsor Upload New Image issue.

    I can’t replicate the issue on my side, so please deactivate all of your other plugins and try again. This will help rule out a plugin conflict.

    If that doesn’t help then switch to the default WordPress theme and try it once more. That will help rule out a theme conflict.

    If it’s still not working then I would be surprised.

    Same issue here. The upload image button doesn’t work.

    Disabled all other plugins with no effect.

    No change w 2014 theme either.

    Other that that…sweet plugin! Would love to know how you moved you’re venue info up into the Event section too.

    I am having the same problem and have disabled all plugins.

    I am also not able to put a link in a event…
