Broken smiley images on post and comment page

  • I have “installed” the Wp-grins plugin. I wanted to try it out but there are broken images, but I can’t click them. On the comments page, there are broken images but I can click them and when I publish the comment, the graphic smileys appear.

    I don’t know what to do about this. And I want to use customize my smileys to emoticons that I downloaded. If you can be of help, it’ll be appreciated. Thanks.

  • The smilies are available through the vars.php file, found in the wp-includes folder. Go there to see if any of the links to the images are incorrect.
