Broken Site

  • Hello,

    I have a premium subscription however I keep getting the error – Server Error: Message not sent – on your website so I’m posting here instead.

    Just updated all my plugins and found that our site was consequently broken.

    After debugging I have found that it is your Robin Image Optimiser which is the issue.

    Not sure exactly why this is happening, so I’ve left the staging site with the plugin activated so you can have a check and see what’s going on.

    When I go to the site, it says site is unavailable, would you like to find it using the Wayback Machine?

    I can browse the site normally with this notice appearing, however when I add anything to the basket and try to visit the basket, it is empty.

    Any help would be hugely appreciated and I’ve just updated from 1.5.0 to 1.5.2

    If you did debugging, can you send the error text?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I used the term debugging very loosely – I simply updated the plugins and then narrowed it down to the issu plugin causing the issue which was this one.

    To understand the reason, you need the error text. Can you enable debug mode and send me an error?
