    Firstly the HTML version of the site appears whenever i load my site after a second all site load perfectly.

    But you’re using litespeed zaidkhalid?

    In case you’re also using Autoptimize; disable the “inline & defer CSS” option. And if you want to keep on using AO, disable CSS/ JS optimization features in litespeed, using 2 plugins to do asset optimization can lead to weird issues.
