    Regarding version 3.7.2, the changelog tells us that “IMPORTANT this update contains compatibility for WooCommerce 2.3. You must be using Avada 3.7.2 if you update to WooCommerce 2.3”

    So consider updating your theme. Updating can bring its own problems so take a backup first.
