Broken second page link

Hi, it seems that there is a bug. When I insert nextgen gallery shortcode on regular page everything works fine – you can click on “2” and it will take to the second gallery page.

Problems start when I insert a shortcode in homepage. When I click on the next button a blank page loads. Something is wrong with the link structure.

Usually the link structure for regular page is like the following which works fine:
https://liart.lapabiznesam.lv/regularpage/?nggpage=2

But for homepage:

https://liart.lapabiznesam.lv/?nggpage=2&page_id=45

which leads to a blank page with no images:

https://liart.lapabiznesam.lv/?nggpage=2

How I could fix this?
