Broken searchbox

The searchbox on my site, https://raisingasmartkid.com/, has never worked, and I’m trying to get it so that it works. It says that there are no results regardless of what I search for. I’ve tried switching themes, and that hasn’t fixed it. I don’t know what information I need to provide to get help with this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
