It looks like the stylesheet isn’t getting loaded to style the dashboard. The first thing to try is to do a “hard refresh” on the page to check if this helps get the stylesheet to load.
Otherwise, there is likely another plugin on the site interfering with ours. I would recommend deactivating the other plugins on your site to check if this helps, and then you can reactivate them until the error returns in the Analytics menu.
Can you consider changing the 1-star review you left if we can help? This isn’t an error in our plugin, and is coming from a bug elsewhere on the site so it doesn’t seem completely fair.
