• I paid for a customization on my site in September 2022; the team was accessible and friendly (I wanted their subscription plugin to work with a product customization plugin). I told them I had a small budget of $200. They offered for me to pay $350 and said they would refund $150 after seeing my business progress, confirming they wanted to establish a real long-term relationship with me. They indicated that the development would take 2-3 days. I trusted them completely, so I paid $350 plus $100 for the Pro version of the plugin.

    A year later, here’s the situation: They never managed to get PayPal working properly. I have problems with orders every month because some subscription payments are not transmitted to Stripe. There are also errors when certain orders trigger failed payments. For a year, I exchanged dozens of emails with support for various issues, each time they repaired and manually relaunched the erroneous orders but never corrected the root of the problem because it’s still unstable.

    Today, more than a year has passed, subscription errors are still present, and they now refuse to correct the problems. Why? Because the one-year support period has passed! So, despite being entirely responsible for the various issues on my site, they no longer act. I am thus losing money, losing customers because they have never been able to do their job correctly. Never!

    Moreover, while they treated me as an exceptional and important client (they even wanted to feature my site in their section dedicated to large clients), they never refunded the $150 despite my reminders and are now asking me to pay $75 to manually relaunch an order (which didn’t work because of their fault, I remind you), without assuring me a new period of support afterwards.

    My testimony is primarily to alert future clients who want custom customization for their site; go elsewhere.

    Today, I am disappointed and especially disgusted by this company that has not done its job and has lied to a young startup.

    I want to clarify that I have absolutely all the emails in my possession to prove everything I say.

  • Hi Billmood, interested to see if they came back to you or if anything moved forward. I would like to use the plugin but being a developer myself I would only use it to save time and if they did actually been fair with previous customers.
