• This issue happens to random posts on my website, and at random times. The posts would be broken, and then resolved by themselves.

A broken post would be in a long meta string, that begins with

    {“version”:”20210604″,”show_thumbnails”:true,”show_date”:true,”show_context”:true,”layout”:”grid”,”headline”:”Related”,”items”

This doesn’t happen if I’m logged onto my site as the admin. Reading the string of text, it consists of the word “related items” and also content of my related posts. Thus I suspect the issue is due to the related post function of jetpack.

Any idea how I can fix this issue? Thank you!

  • You should ask at the plugin’s support forum. There is no “related items” functionality like this in WordPress.

I just suspect it is the plugin issue, but not sure if it is the one causing error. Will ask in Jetpack support too. Thanks!
